At ground floor we have Reception, Superintendent office; OPD blocks including Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Kaumarbhritya, Stri Roga &Prasuti Tantra, Shalakya, Shalya, Swasthvritta department; Case window, Medicine dispensary, Minor OT, USG room, X-ray room, Pathology lab, ECG room, Emergency OPD, Waiting area and Patient Wash room.

At first floor we have Labour room, Neonatal care unit, Nursing station, Doctor duty room, Conference room; Panchakarma procedure rooms including Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Shirodhara, Nasya, Raktamokshana, Agnikarma, Snehana-Swedana; Panchakarma doctor room, Panchakarma Therapist room and Physiotherapy room.

At second floor we have IPD ward of various departments.

At third floor we have Yoga hall.
