The Department of Pharmacology, Ananya College of Medicine and Research, Kalol, enthusiastically celebrated National Pharmacovigilance Week with a series of engaging and educational activities.
The celebration aimed to raise awareness about the importance of drug safety and adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting under the theme “Safety – A Click Away.”
Students actively participated in various competitions, including rangoli, poster presentation, and interactive quiz, showcasing their creativity and understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts. An awareness session was also organized for students and hospital staff to emphasize the significance of vigilant drug monitoring in clinical practice.
The event successfully promoted the culture of reporting and safe use of medicines, reflecting the institution’s commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare.
